Are you an Aussie employee, manager or supervisor?

You may be entitled to payments from the Federal Government for staff training!

Nationally recognised qualification - Certificate IV in Frontline Management

  • All training occurs in the workplace
  • Federal Funding may be available for existing workers who have not recently completed a degree, traineeship or a higher Australian Quality Training Framework qualification.
  • After you or your staff successfully qualify for a traineeship, the training can be immediately started without any payments being made.
  • You will be invoiced after you receive your Federal Government incentives.
  • Trainees will receive regular contact with the course facilitator.
  • The course will be specifically contextualised to suit YOUR business.
  • Duration of the Frontline Management course will generally be over a one to two year period.

Trainees will need to show that they are competent in ten subjects (Units) in order to gain the award. Four of these subjects are core subjects and the other six are electives allowing a choice to suit the trainees actual workplace.
